Michele Padilla, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Serene Health’s Eastlake and Sky Park locations. Her approach is grounded in integrative, trauma-informed, and patient-centered psychiatric care that treats the whole person—not simply a diagnosis.
Michele’s experience includes working with individuals experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, and members of the military community, including active-duty service members, veterans, and their dependents. She provides a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and supported.
By considering each patient’s history, biology, environment, strengths, and goals, Michele develops personalized treatment plans that may include diagnostic clarification, therapeutic conversation, mindfulness techniques, lifestyle interventions, and medication when clinically appropriate. Her goal is to help patients gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and feel more grounded and connected to themselves.
