I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a passion for walking alongside individuals through life’s most difficult and transformative moments. My work centers on supporting those navigating childhood trauma, intergenerational and systemic pain, chronic stress, identity exploration, and the unique challenges faced by first-generation individuals and families. My approach is person-centered, reflective, and grounded in empathy. I integrate trauma work, shadow integration, and relational healing to help clients understand how past experiences and internalized beliefs may be shaping their present emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I believe healing comes through understanding—not fixing—and that self-acceptance and compassion are powerful tools on that path. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore all parts of yourself, especially those shaped by pain, resilience, and survival. This space is for those who’ve carried a lot—for others and for themselves—and are now ready to start choosing themselves. Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or stepping into deeper self-discovery, I’m here to support your process—at your pace.
