Bio

As a first-generation Latina therapist, I deeply understand the complexities of navigating multiple cultural identities, balancing family expectations, and working through life transitions. My lived experience allows me to bring a compassionate, culturally sensitive lens to therapy—creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to be seen, heard, and empowered.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and am currently pursuing my Ph.D., with a focus on helping individuals build self-esteem, process family dynamics, manage anxiety and depression, and move through meaningful life changes. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and empowerment.
I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy to help clients explore their inner world, uncover patterns, and create lasting change. Whether you’re navigating generational trauma, facing identity struggles, or simply trying to find peace in the chaos, I’m here to support your journey toward resilience, clarity, and self-compassion.
Together, we’ll create a path forward that aligns with your values and honors your lived experience—so you can step fully into your most authentic self.
