As a licensed social worker with a background in both clinical care and community-based support, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients of all backgrounds can feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing.
I draw from trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based techniques to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and substance use challenges. My experience spans inpatient behavioral health, crisis intervention, housing support, and school-based counseling. No matter the setting, I meet clients where they are—without judgment and with a commitment to building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and collaboration.
My goal is to walk alongside you as we explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward the change you seek—at your own pace and on your own terms.
